Learjet 70

Learjet 70 is a light-mid sized business jet developed by Bombardier Aerospace. It was developed as the successor of the Learjet 40. The aircraft was announced in May 2012 and certified in November 2013. The Learjet 70 is powered by two Honeywell TFE731-40BR engines with 3,850 pounds of thrust. Its cabin is smaller than that of the Model 75, seating up to six passengers. However, it does feature improved avionics, redesigned winglets for better fuel efficiency, and an advanced hydraulic system. As of 2015, the unit cost of a Learjet 70 is $11.3 million.
